About Us
Vietnamese Graduation has been around since 2006. Every year we host a separate graduation ceremony to celebrate and acknowledge the achievements of graduating Vietnamese-American students at UCI. Vietnamese Graduation is a cultural graduation celebration that recognizes the academic achievements of the graduating Vietnamese American student population at UCI. The ceremony will honor aspects of the traditional Vietnamese heritage through bilingual speakers, cultural entertainment performances, and a formal Graduate recognition ceremony.
Vietnamese Graduation is a non-profit organization that runs entirely on the idea of cooperation and collaboration. Our committee continuously plans and dedicates our time as well as effort so that the graduation ceremony will be the most memorable experience for the graduates.

We know that this event is more than just a graduation; it is also an acknowledgement towards our families, communities, and heritage. We want to recognize the Vietnamese-American graduating class’s achievements and thank their wonderful parents for their love and nurture throughout all these years. In order for the Vietnamese-American graduating class to attend such a prestigious university, their parents have faced many obstacles. Thus, the Vietnamese Graduation Committee invites you to celebrate our heritage and the pride that we uphold as Vietnamese-Americans in our Vietnamese community
